Bags Report

We had twenty-two players bag in this event, including a new tournament chip leader. Michal Scalice bagged up a very healthy 607,000. We stopped action yesterday at 3,000/5,000 and another flight tomorrow could finish even earlier, but Scalice is coming back with at least 121 big blinds.

There are two more flights tomorrow. The first is a standard flight with 40 minute levels, and a turbo flight at 6pm with 20 minute levels.

Blinds: 3000/6000

The prize pool grows and we are close to making the guarantee after only two of the four flights in this event. First place should be well over $25,000 in this one. We will have 22 players advancing to day two, joining the 15 players who bagged yesterday. The next flight starts tomorrow at noon, and there is also a turbo flight on Sunday morning.

Bag Report

We have chips in bags for Flight 1A, with Stephen Hughes as our current chip leader at 477,000. That will be nearly 100 big blinds coming back to day two on Sunday, and maybe more if another flight finishes early. Come on in for another flight tomorrow as this enormous prize pool continues to grow.

Blinds: 3,000/5,000

There was only one tournament today here in St. Augustine, and this was a fairly small field. Add that to the fact that six-max tables are easier to photograph (more space to shoot between players and less of other players getting into the photos) and our photographer decided to go crazy today and make an art project out of the photo gallery.

These photos are stunning!
