Chip Reese
Chip Reese (David Edward Reese) was an American professional poker player born on March 28, 1951, in Centerville, Ohio, who died on December 4, 2007. He holds three World Series of Poker bracelets, the most notable of which was winning the inaugural $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship at the 2006 WSOP for $1,784,640. He was inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame in 1991 and has accumulated $3,999,090 in total live tournament earnings per The Hendon Mob. The annual WSOP $50,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship trophy has been named in his honor since 2008.
