Chris Ferguson

Chris Ferguson is an American professional poker player born on April 11, 1963, who was raised in Los Angeles, California. He holds six World Series of Poker bracelets, the first of which he won at the 2000 WSOP Main Event for $1,500,000, defeating T.J. Cloutier heads-up from a field of 512 entries. He was named 2017 WSOP Player of the Year. He has accumulated $9,584,547 in total live tournament earnings per The Hendon Mob. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from UCLA.
