David Williams

David Anthony Williams (born June 9, 1980, in Arlington, Texas) is an American professional poker player based in Las Vegas, Nevada. He finished 2nd in the 2004 WSOP Main Event for $3,500,000. He won one WSOP bracelet in the 2006 $1,500 Seven Card Stud event for $163,118. He won the WPT World Championship in 2010 for over $1,500,000. He has accumulated $9,551,335 in total live tournament earnings per The Hendon Mob. Prior to poker, he was an accomplished Magic: The Gathering player who made the Top 8 of eight Grand Prix events, and he competed on Season 7 of the FOX cooking show MasterChef, finishing as co-runner-up.
