Donna Smith

Donna Smith, known by her nickname "Little Hercules," hails from Henderson, Nevada. She has been playing poker since 2008, when she first encountered the game during a stay at a Marriott timeshare. A family-friendly No-Limit tournament at the resort sparked her interest, especially after her oldest son claimed victory. This experience led her to create an online account and immerse herself in learning poker's intricacies. Smith, a retired nurse, has balanced her poker pursuits with caring for her physically disabled adult son. Her poker journey has seen a few notable moments, including a second-place finish at a charity event in Washington, D.C., during a gathering of prominent poker advocates. More recently, she has ventured into mixed games, and after some initial challenges, she secured a second-place finish in a five-game mix draw online tournament. Smith's competitive spirit is deeply rooted in her family's tradition of playing Spades and dominoes, where thick skin was a must.
