Faraz Jaka

Faraz Jaka was born on September 9, 1985, in San Jose, California, and is an American professional poker player of Pakistani descent. He holds bachelor's degrees in economics and business from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He was named WPT Player of the Year for Season VIII (2009-2010). He won his first WSOP bracelet in 2023 in the $1,500 Shootout No-Limit Hold'em event. His total live tournament earnings exceed $9,800,000.
