Jerry Yang

Xao 'Jerry' Yang is an American professional poker player born in 1967 in Laos, who emigrated to the United States and settled in Temecula, California. He holds one World Series of Poker bracelet, won at the 2007 WSOP Main Event — a field of 6,358 players — for $8,250,000, having qualified through a $225 satellite tournament. He has accumulated $8,568,585 in total live tournament earnings per The Hendon Mob. Yang holds a master's degree in health psychology from Loma Linda University and worked as a psychotherapist before his poker career.
