Jim Bechtel

Jim Bechtel, born in 1952, is an American cotton farmer and poker player based in Gilbert, Arizona. He won the 1993 WSOP Main Event for $1,000,000, defeating a field of 220 entrants. He won a second WSOP bracelet in 2019 in the $10,000 No-Limit 2-7 Single Draw Championship, a span of 26 years between bracelet wins that stands as the longest in WSOP history. His total live tournament earnings are approximately $2,500,000.
