Matt Matros

Matthew Matros (born May 13, 1977, in Brooklyn, New York) is an American professional poker player who grew up on Long Island, New York, and earned a degree in mathematics from Yale University. He has won three WSOP bracelets: the 2010 $1,500 Limit Hold'em event for $189,870, a 2011 event for $303,501, and the 2013 $1,500 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold'em event for $454,835. He has accumulated $2,729,416 in total live tournament earnings per The Hendon Mob. He is the author of The Making of a Poker Player.
