Michael Addamo

Michael Addamo is an Australian professional poker player from Melbourne, born in 1994. He began playing poker in 2012 after a career as a competitive chess player, having achieved a peak rating of 1930. He is a four-time World Series of Poker bracelet winner: he won the $2,620 Marathon No-Limit Hold'em event at the 2018 WSOP for $653,000 and the €25,500 Super High Roller at the 2018 WSOP Europe for €848,000; at the 2021 WSOP he won the $50,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller for $1,132,968 and the $100,000 No-Limit Hold'em High Roller for $1,958,569. His total live tournament earnings exceed $22 million, placing him atop Australia's all-time money list. He was inducted into the Australian Poker Hall of Fame.
