Mimi Tran

Thithi "Mimi" Tran was born on July 5, 1960, in Nha Trang, Vietnam, and is a Vietnamese-American professional poker player based in Torrance, California. She immigrated to the United States in 1982 and began playing poker in 1989 after an auto accident prevented her from continuing her career in the electronics industry. She was mentored by Barry Greenstein. Her total live tournament earnings exceed $1,600,000.
