Upeshka De Silva

Upeshka De Silva is a Sri Lankan-American professional poker player born in 1988 in Colombo, Sri Lanka, who moved to Katy, Texas at age two. He holds three World Series of Poker bracelets: the first won at the 2015 WSOP in the $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em event for $424,577; the second at the 2017 WSOP in the $3,000 No-Limit Hold'em Shootout; and the third at the 2019 WSOP in an online event on WSOP.com. He has accumulated $4,756,596 in total live tournament earnings per The Hendon Mob. He holds degrees in history and political science from the University of Houston.
