IMG_5127

Blinds: 25,000/50,000 Big blind ante

Players Remaining: 14

In a hand recounted to the Pokerreporting.com team by a player at the table that was not involved in the hand, Jordan Handrich just lost a monster pot to Alan Carlson for him to take the chip lead of the remaining 14 players.

Carlson raised to 200,000 in middle position. It folded to Jordan Handrich on the button who called, and all remaining players folded.

The flop came Q♠3♠3♣. Carlson checked, Handrich bet 250,000, and Carlson called.

The turn came the J♦. Once again Carlson checked, and this time Handrich bet 400,000. With action back on Carlson he announced that he was all in. The dealer counted out Carlson's 1,770,000 chip stack while Handrich went into the tank. After thinking it over Handrich announced a call and turned over A♦Q♣ for top pair. But unfortunately for her she was behind Carlson who had flopped a set holding Q♥Q♦.

The river fell the 10♥.

"Dang it, he just raised so much," Handrich said as she sat back in her chair while the dealer passed the chips across the table to Carlson.
