Dara Taherpour won our triple draw event after winning our 8 game event just a few days ago. Taherpour becomes our first two-time winner of the series, and takes his lifetime tournament winnings to almost $450,000.

Ikechukwu 'Ike' Nlemchi hails from Houston, Texas, and has been playing poker for six years. He began his journey in the game through home games and has since racked up $487,771 in tournament winnings, including multiple significant wins in both holdem and Omaha events in Texas and Las Vegas. Faces Of TCH - Traditional Ante Event

The traditional ante format requires the floor to wait on coloring up chips until later in the day, which has created giant piles of chips that players are loving. With a $30,000 prize pool, the players are serious, but seem to be having a ton of fun. With the black chips still in play, some players have literally hundreds of chips in their stacks even though the stacks aren't particularly deep compared to the blinds.
This event will finish up tonight with a winner taking home the beautiful Atlas trophy and $9,160. We will have a final table update soon.

Trung Pham got the the big side of a chop, but Gabriel Andrade doesn't usually agree to a deal unless it involves taking the trophy home for his son. It was late, and everyone wanted to get a deal done, so Andrade took the trophy and the photo and they called it a night. This multi-flight PLO event was a huge success, generating a prize pool of over $111,000 with crazy day 1 action in multiple flights.
Event #4 - $400 Multi-Flight PLO — Wrap Up
Texas Card House Houston delivered the expected fireworks as the PokerAtlas Tour $400 Pot-Limit Omaha event surged past its $100,000 guarantee, drawing 339 total entries to build a $111,870 prize pool. With re entries flying in from the opening levels and stacks swinging wildly, the early flights were completely wild.
Early action set the tone, including a three way all-in preflop collision where faced and . The hit the flop and one pair held to scoop a massive pot and send two players to the rebuy line.
The pay jumps were big at the final table, and the late stages featured plenty of pressure spots as short stacks fought to ladder. After hours of play, Trung Pham got the big side of the chop for $19,470, with Andrade taking $15,755 and James Craven finishing third for $14,575.

Akash Mazumdar took down our Black Chip Bounty here at Texas Card House Houston for $5,340, a mountain of black chip bounties, and a beautiful Atlas trophy last night. Mazumdar is a sixteen-year tournament veteran and this cash brings his lifetime winnings total to over $125,000.
Event #10 - $350 NLH - Black Chip Bounty — Wrap Up
The Black Chip Bounty drew 92 entries, creating a $18,400 prize pool with an additional $9,200 set aside for bounties. A packed room and a lively photo gallery capture the mix of Texas smiles and bounty hunting intensity as players chased knockouts and a top heavy payout.
Charles Davis, fresh off winning the $140 Monster Stack earlier in the day, stayed in contention deep enough to make us wonder if he could win two events in on eday, but the finish ultimately belongs to Akash Mazumdar of Wallingford, Connecticut. Mazumdar navigated the final table and converted his momentum into the outright win and the $5,340 first prize. Jeffrey Nowling was our runner up for $3,570, while Hao Vu took third for $2,400.

This event had 92 entries, which means $9,200 in bounties up for grabs, in addition to a nice prize pool. We will be paying 12 spots and have 16 remaining as of this writing. Charles Davis, who won the $140 monster stack earlier today, is still alive in this one, chasing the chance to win two tournaments in one day.

After a fairly short day, Dara Taherpour emerged victorious in our 8 Game mixed event. Taherpour is an experienced player with $437,334 in lifetime tournament winnings and an extensive list of mixed game results since 2011. Our fourth place finisher, Amir Soleymani, is fresh off a win just last night and having a strong series.
