Greg Merson
Greg Merson is an American professional poker player born on December 8, 1987, from Laurel, Maryland. He holds two World Series of Poker bracelets, both won at the 2012 WSOP: the $10,000 Six-Handed No-Limit Hold'em World Championship, and the Main Event, where he defeated a field of 6,598 to claim $8,531,853 — making him the first player since Chris Ferguson in 2000 to win the Main Event having won another bracelet in the same series. He won the 2012 WSOP Player of the Year award. He has accumulated $11,703,387 in total live tournament earnings per The Hendon Mob.
