Tyler Kolness

Tyler Kolness, known to some on the Roughrider Poker Tour as 'RPTK' or 'TKOL,' hails from Hendrum, Minnesota. He began playing poker nearly a decade ago while backpacking in Australia. A rainy night in a hostel led to a game with $2 coins, sparking his competitive spirit and a lasting passion for the game. Kolness's most memorable poker moment was cashing in the Main Event during his first attempt, marking a significant milestone in his poker journey. Outside of poker, Tyler is involved in ad sales for his father's company, Heritage Publications, a role that allows him the flexibility to travel for tournaments. Additionally, he bartends at events and engages in online flipping ventures.
